Now that I live in a new place for already two and a half months and the repair job is slowly getting to the end, I finally can share my joy here! 
Neither my aunt nor I (let alone all my muppets and nonmuppets from the collection :] ) expected that. We'd already been trying to trade flats for several years and there were many times we just had potential buyers/traders come, look around and don't do much else, but in mid-January 2020, we not only got a buyer for our flat, but found out that a rather nice flat in the middle of the town (the one we were aiming for) was still up for trade.
So? Closer to work: check. More free time: check. More fanart stuff? Cheeeck, so long as they don't drown me in tasks at work XD Not to mention that feeling when you finally get to leave behind whatever emotional/psychic baggage that's been stuck on you over the years is fantastic.
