Is it sooo hard to actually be consistant?

Grrr...For the LAST 2 HOURS I hav ebeen trying to find the right words for several Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne songs. But it just seems like I cant find them. For example, (since its the first song to come to my head) the song Electric Funeral. No one can seem to agree on the words. Like thisw website

http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/blacksabbath/electricfuneral.html

and then there is this one

http://www.black-sabbath.com/discog/paranoid.html#electricfuneral
(note this is NOT an official site, even though it looks like it)

I mean, Ozzy inst exactly the most easy to understand person in the world, but still!

BUT BACK TO MY LITTLE RANT

I mean, this is not the first song Its happened to. I was searching for a bon jovi song a while ago and 2 websites had slightly different lyrics, one adding words that I know werent there. AAnd you know what else? I noticed that official band websites usually dont include the lyrics...go figure. But still! Its amazing how many errors you find on these lyric sites. I just dont get how hard it is to get the right lyrics. I have seen some wrong when the band had the lyricws right in the cd booklette! I swear, you just cant seem to get accurate lyrics these days! I think its cause one person gets lyricsw from one website, which are wrong, then adds them to another website, so they have the wrong lyrics, and people just keep submitting that same wrong lyrics. Thats just a guess, but I bet thats what happens. Along with having wrong lyrics, alot of them are so unorganized! Song are just on a page in any order, not order of release, not alphabetical order, just a random order! I hate that!

Ok, now that my little rant is over, anyone have any comments? :halo:

Wow...lack-of-sleep induced stupidity. I remember posting this, but man, now that I am aware of what I am actually talking about, that sounds so stupid *dies*

Actually, it isn't as dumb as you might think. A lot of lyric websites don't get the official lyrics, and they post the lyrics to what it sounds like they are saying....

My favorite?

Actually, they don't say "Jungle" in the real song. They say the character's name "Django." I guess it's confusion with translation, since you actually can get Jungle out of Jango if you translate it wrong (it's all about pronouncing at short U as a short a and the tricky L/ R thing...)

I hate when the artist has the official lyrics in the cover booklet and then they say something completly different on the actual song on the album. I think a lot of times these sites get lyrics wrong is because people hear different things then others sometimes and sometimes you just can't understand what the is actually saying in their own music.

I know! And wrong lyrics tend to spread like a virus.

And you know what else bothers me? When the official lyrics are wrong! Seriously, In the nightmare before christmas soundtrack book. There are some wrong words and missing lines in it.
