very hot, very humid, no breeze. the streetlights have halo's around them. supposed to rain today. . . supposed to but didn't. odd day. I did not hear one single bird or cicada today.​

Feeling hot hot hot....me mind on fire, me soul on fire feeling hot hot hot!

Man it's another scorcher out there. What blows my mind is the fact that in a mere four months I'll probably be complaining about cold or snow or something. Never a dull moment in my neck of the woods!

Anyway, it's hot today, it's about 90 degrees again and the humidity is severe. We're supposed to get big storms later today and then it's finally going to cool off for a day or two. We need the rain. I think I should do a rain dance!

Brrr. I just got caught out in a rainstorm on my afternoon break and the air is on in my office so now I'm freezing. Seriously though, I'm SO glad it's raining, we needed it. But I wish it hadn't snuck up on me! I can't go home for another hour and a half!
