Boy did it ever rain a lot today here too. Just heard Allentown, PA, which is about an hour and a half north of me, has over 9 inches of rain today! There are accidents and flooding problems all over so it really was a good day for staying inside. And even though the rain is finally moving away now, I'll have to remember to drive carefully to church tomorrow morning. They said with so much rain it will take some time for the water to clear completely away. Plus, there can still be some occasional rain showers tomorrow.
Very commemorative for Christopher Columbus Day at least, as I said!

A bit chilly in Minnesota this weekend, highs in the 50's, lows in the 30's. Our furnace wasn't working on Friday night so it was really cold in my house!

Yesterday's meals:
Breakfast: toast on the run
Lunch: French dip
Dinner: Turkey melt

Today:
Breakfast: Honey Nut Chex
Lunch: Some kind of sandwich
Dinner: Not sure yet

Misty rain, cold and grey! 10Celsius!

Brekkie: Rice Krispies in milk with banana slices on top.
Lunch: nothing yet. Probably a pudding or a tea or something.
Supper: THANKSGIVING DINNER! Woo hoo! (easy, girl go easy....!)

Overcast damp and rather chilly today (highs not much better than 60). Looks like more rain coming tonight and for a few days, with temps in the 60's all week.
