Yep, it will completely miss me and all my relatives in Newfoundland. However, it looks like it will pass through Vermont (where my aunt Dianne lives) and Thunder Bay (I think, map reading was never my strong suit) where my uncle Wayne lives.

Well that's good it won't go through your area, TA. I'm afraid it looks like my family in Toronto will get a direct hit, though. But again, I would think by then the winds and rain will subside a significant degree at least. *crosses fingers* (not really. can't type that way! )

I do not think anybody in New Orlleans are going on their computer for awhile They are all on their roofs or in the Super Dome with no electricity.

Unless the escaped and are on some familys computer.

I know at least one of our members, GeeBee, is from New Orleans. Been thinking about him the last few days and hoping he is okay.
The weather here was muggy and warm today (85F, 29C) but barely any rain (a few days ago they were forecasting tons of rain for today, but the track of the storm was more west than they thought so we Philadelphians got a nice break).

Weather: A little of everything today, some sun, some rain, overall mild in the upper 70's. I sure hope everyone down south is doing ok.
