uhm... I would probably say.. no, not really... it just seems to happen.. some of it depends on the winds.. i think we're starting to blame the el ninos again or so i read somewhere...
this year is just crazy.. last summer it was all rain.. this year we've had volcanos, earthquakes, freak hot waves, not a lot of rain, but we've had a few thunderstorms (you almost never get actual thunderstorms up here for some reason, but this summer, we've had several...) and now lots of wild fires....

it's alaska... something will change eventually and 2 weeks from now we'll all be wet and cold again.. who knows what's going on... heh..
Wow! Talk about unpredictable! But you have to love the place that you call home, right?

yeah.. sure.. most of the time...
could do without the insane shipping costs, and always being excluded from contests, and the jacked up prices "just because we're in alaska" and the whole daylight all summer, dark all winter thing takes getting use to.. (i moved up here 6 years ago..)
and travel is kind of a pain... but, most of the time the weather is decent (helps that i like snow..) and the scenery is fabulous, so it's good

*sigh* july is supposed to be warm. like 80 something degrees everyday, but instead, we're getting clouds, rain, and wind.
