I owe a HUGE update having been out of town all week!

Ok, weather in Thunder Bay Canada for the week was:
BEAUTIFUL. Cool, sunny and wonderful. Couldn't have been better.
Food was horrible. But, it was a mission trip after all!

Weather here today: HOT AND MISERABLE. I want to go back to Canada. Tomorrow we are supposed to have the hottest day of the year, possibly reaching 100 degrees. BUT, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Tuesday it will get back down to the 80's which will take us through the end of next week. Yea!

Food today was a Breakfast bar, Subway sandwich for lunch and a chicken alfredo pizza for dinner. I'm so glad to be home!

Today: Even worse than yesterday, and you saw my weather report yesterday. High 88, with LOTS of BURNING sun!

Weather - Pretty chilly and windy at times but we've had a few warm spells.

Breakfast - Weetabix (2)
Lunch - Golden Arches
Dinner - Noodles.

Weather: Vonderful! Cooling down today, high in the 20s, not a lot of sun. Still hot enough to make you sweat like Freddie Mercury if you try to do situps.

Breakfast: Two rolls, iced tea
Lunch: Skipped
Supper: Reheated pizza, French fries, Diet Pepsi

A little less hot and humid this weekend but still pretty harsh. Then Monday through Wednesday is back to the VERY oppressive heat (95F, 35C) and high humidity. Then maybe finally some significant relief Thursday through Saturday (forecasted highs of 80-85F, 27-30C)

Breakfast: Breakfast nutrition bar
Lunch: Grilled Ham and Cheese w/ onion rings
Dinner: Speedies from my brother's grill (and potato salad and rice. Strawberry shortcake and vanilla ice cream for dessert).

Sweet! I know what you mean about the heat. Let me put it to you this way: when your soap begins to soften up (and I'm talking LIQUID soap), you know it's terribly hot outside.

Today's weather: HOT, but the good news is that we're getting a cold front and it's going to be nice by Tuesday!!! I'm excited!
