Today: It is so hot today, our mountains are on fire! East Tennessee is NOT known for wildfires, people! What is this world coming to? 87, with hazy and smoky skies!

For Breakfast: I was fasting, so I had to skip breakfast.
For Lunch: A grilled chicken sandwich.
For Supper: Some kind of seafood salad with shrimp, crabmeat and mayonaise.

Today has been cloudy and rainny all day. high of 74 digrees.

D'Snowth, dieting I take it. Me to. I'm trying to drop 5 #'s realistically, but would love to drop like 10 #'s before July 4th. I'd like to show off well defined,lean, ripped abs & not just a semi-flat, semi-defined belly.

I'd SO love to Beth, that sounds SO wonderful and comfortable! I could wear pants and a sweater and still be comfortable!
