well, it snowed.. sort of.. but I think if I gathered every flake of snow in the yard, I still wouldn't be able to make a decent snowball

It was warm but now it's down-right cold.

I think NorCal is in the beginnings of a draught. Extreme cold, but no moisture. It's rained, maybe, two weeks time all together this winter. (emphasis on the maybe)
