I haven't been outside longer then 5 minutes and that wasn't since 6am this morning, but Kimp says its hot and he's in Jersey to, so I'll go with that.
Breakfast - Another wacky english muffin
Lunch - Sliced chicken and yellow American on wheat with a strawberry yogurt (which was supposed to be a mid morning snack) for dessert.

I have to start my diet today too and believe me, that was a light lunch for me. I've also been drinkin' water like a fish, so I'm also having to get up every fifteen seconds as well!

TA - What's Red Green? Oh, and thanks for what Weird Al stuff you've sent me so far.

It's a great Canadian show about a bunch of true guys at their organization, "Possum Lodge." It usually airs on PBS down your way.

Weather was beautiful today, reaching 28 with not a cloud in the sky!
Breakfast- Sausages, a Pop Tart and iced tea
Lunch- Plate of fries and a Diet Coke
Supper- Hamburgers

Near 90 in Philly today. Highs are forecasted for at least the next 15 days to be 87-93, with the dreaded word "humid" in most of the days. Ugh!
Dinner is Chinese food (beef&broccoli and 2 egg rolls) that I picked up on the way home from work and am eating at the comp right now. Mmm MMMM!

Yes, Red Green is great. Plaid, suspenders, accidents, random inventions, bad jokes... life is good.

It's still really hot out. The weather hasn't changed for at least a week.

Actually, my top 3 favorites for Chinese food were always Egg Foo Young, Moo Shu Pork (with those white pancakes!) and General Tsao's Chicken, but beef&broccoli has become a new fave of mine in recent years. And no matter which I get, I HAVE to get egg rolls also.
I got nice central air A/C here in the house. Looks like I'll be cranking it a lot for quite a while now. It's great to have but the downside, of course, is the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!
