Frank Oz sounds like Sam with a sinus problem.

Maybe Frank has discovered something with that. Folks, to clear up your sinuses, just do the voice of an eagle. Lol.

I'm sure everybody's annoyed that I keep making jokes on this thread so I'll shut up now.

some more places to hear jims voice are on the muppet family christmas special and the Muppets take Manhatten DVD. On the MTM DVD Jim says in the interviews that Kermit is basicaly his voice and he tended to go into his voicec while doing Kermit. I can definatly hear more kermit than rowlf in him.

Frank Oz- a very serious, "human" Bert
Jerry Nelson- a deep Fat Blue
Richard Hunt - Scooter LOL
Dave Goelz - completely normal; absolutely nothing notable
Carroll Spinney - an adult, deep Big Bird
Steve Whitmire - normal; you can hear a lot of his Kermit in his normal voice.

While we're on this subject...

I've just seen Stuart Pankin on a "Family Matters" episode. He sounds a lot like Earl Sinclair. He probably just deepens his voice to perform the character.
