Most sites nowadays are done in Flash; a program which you can do anything. You just have to purchase and learn it. Either way; that kind of effect is going to require some additional software.

GRRR I used to have Flash, but thanks to a virus, I no longer have it! Nor Fireworks, so I can no longer do graphics and such for my site!

Never heard of a web page doing that. But then again nothing surpises me anymore. I've think I seen every web trick in the book, but how to do it? That's something I'll never figure out in a million years. lol Unless I plan to become a hacker or a computer buff.
