How do I disable Forum Notifications?

I am trying to figure out how to disable all notifications from this site for the next 2 months. I guess the easy way is to just block the emails. Any other suggestions. trying to find it in the settings but not having much luck.
since the new movie doesn't come out for another 6 weeks in Australia I do not what to know what is going on. I want to avoid any spoilers.

have you tried unsubscribing from the mailing list? theres a link to unsubscribe in every email you get.

If you mean forum emails as opposed to site emails, go to preferences, uncheck receive email notifications, and then go to every subscribed thread you have and click more options then uncheck the email box
