No, it DOES look kind of like wood, but it's the shade or orange they've used to paint it.

So it's kind of a wooden orange. I wonder what color it might be next season. It's a lot to keep up with sometimes, but the fans here such as your self are good!

Well, I have two theories: either it'll stay orange next season like it has been for the past four seasons, OR, it'll be painted green like a lot of other things have been (the doors of 123 being repainted green, the doors and staircase to Gina's office being repainted green, the Fix-It-Shop being repainted green, et cetera).

Yeah I can too, it's just about the only thing left that hasn't gone green on the street just yet.
