I've been using piano wire which we got at the puppetry workshop in sydney but I think it can be bought quite easily.
Actually, they are able to move independently. There are two rods. I wish I'd paid more attention to the method, sorry!Puppet crazy said:Thanks for the Rick Lyon link. No...that's true. They didn't move at the elbow; the bend was perminent as I recall. But each arm could go in or out independent of the other arm.
