Hello dear Kiki. I have often wondered how you were. Great to see you again. :excited:
Great to see you too, Marty! *hugs* Hope all is well. ;3

Wow - what a cool birthday present! That's a terrific triple bill and Fleetwood Mac later in the same week - NIFTY! I only saw B-52's once but what a show (that was when Julee Cruise was singing with them which was a special treat to me!)
That's so cool! Yeah, it was a triple bill, and they sounded amazing! But it was an outdoors venue and it was pouring down it rain... lol, so I looked like a drowned rat by the end of the evening. XPP But it rawked! And Fleetwood Mac was just... incredible, they still belt it out. it was so surreal... seeing them in the flesh (I had decent seats, too), Stevie Nicks was awesome, they all were. The Verses were the supporting act at first, and Ella Cooper -of Killing Heidi fame- was the lead singer! That was cool. BD

*Shows Kiki he has six scripts finished for a future puppet sitcom*
COOL!
Seriously. COOL!
That reminds me... my brother's into scriptwriting and he's wanting to get into a media coarse of some sort at uni. ;3 Lawl, I think I'm more excited about it then he is, lol. XPPP He had to watch some of TMS the other night to get some inspiration. A puppet sitcom sounds great!

Yep. Well, I'm actually conceiving a couple of puppet sitcoms, but I've only really gotten one concept off the rocks, whereas the other one hasn't gone beyond character designs.

In the meantime, they've been kind of put on hold at the moment, as I've recently been building some new characters for my core group, namely a girlfriend for Steve, and a trio of rascally squirrels.

I sure wish I could do that sort of thing. Y'know... build puppets and the like, although I'd like to give it another shot. They sound really good, anyway. Scriptwriting and performing is good fun. A field I'd like to get into, actually. Although I'd prolly be more suitable on the stagecraft side of things. Wish you -and Steve ;3- all the best!

I forgot how draining puppet building can be... at least Bethany (Steve's girl) is turning out great, but The Squirrely Squirrels are looking pretty awful; but then again, I'm not even really happy with the designs I turned out anyway, because I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted them to look... but they'll evolve. Like just about all our Muppety favorites, lol.

Script writing is a lot of fun though, but the biggest challenge (to me) is trying to cram as much material and content you can into 21 minutes worth of airtime (curse broadcast commercialism)... one thought I had was to create two prints of an episode - one print would 21 minutes for television broadcasting, and one print would be an extended 25 - 26 minutes for a DVD release or something.
