I say it's a tie between Heroes and Prison Break, which is awesome, because Heroes is on right after Prison Break.

I've seen every ep of this show so far. Surprisingly enough, I like it. I know it seems kind of strange that a creationist Bible believer like myself would appreciate a show like this where one of the main characters is a staunch evolutionist with a degree in genetics. However, I find it to be very interesting, also the way that Niki's power operates with a very dark agenda, reminds me that evolution itself is a very immoral theory/idea/process.
Last sentence should have read that evolution is a very amoral...

Great episode last night IMO. Now I think my two biggest questions are why is Sylar out to get the all the heroes? Sure he's the bad guy, but what's his motif? Also, we saw Hiro did in fact go back, but why didn't he return? Can't wait until next week! :excited:

Hiro didn't return because he went too far back. Remember when they showed Hiro's friend looking at the picture? Hiro was at the girls birthday party. He was probably having too much fun.

Well the show got real exciting again! Next week's episode promises to answer a lot of questions, so fingers crossed! Also, IMDB now has Zachary Quinto listed as Syalr instead of Sean Bean. I wonder if this was a mistake or if they did it to throw people off the trail? Also wondering why Hiro wasn't able to control his teleporting. At anyrate, still love this show and can't wait to see what happens next!

Maybe it was a sign cause he couldn't really help her anyways(She was gonna die anyways) and he teleported back. Either that, or he can only stay there a certain amount of time. Remember, he couldn't stay long enough to tell Phil why he had to save the cheerleader. Speaking of that, they saved the Cheerleader, now what? What happens now? Have they saved the world?

I had the same notion about the waitress, Teheheman. Even if he tried, he couldn't save her (from Sylar or her health problem), which made it such a sad ending to a sad side-story. And you're right about the fact that he can only stay for a certain amount of time.

I think the reason he couldn't travel back or teleport afterwards is because he must've drained a lot of energy out of himself, traveling six months in the past and even using his abilities while there as well (in one case stopping time to make a hundred paper swans). Hiro's powers must be like a battery, meaning once it's recharged, he can start all over again.

And I also think we're going to get the answer about that "Save the Cheerleader, Save the World" thing next week, when all of them come together in New York to save it from exploding. My guess is that it means that once the heroes were able to save Claire, then they can unite to save the world.

Haven't bumped the thread in a while and wondered how everyone was liking the return of the show.
