Thanks! For these pics. This has been ask about so much on this forum. It's nice to see somebody finally came thru and showed us how this is done. Now that i see those pics, it is kinda obvious that this is how it works, hehe.

Hi all,
Glade you found them useful. As to how I made the rat head it was sculpted in a ridgid foam , cut in half and then vacumform the two half's. the two plastic halfs were then cut to fit together and glued.

not bad dude, pretty good looking rizzo, (close to what is done but not quite exact(its not a vacuform shape), but nice repro , well done

I heard you can make one of those vacuform machines for around $200. Does anyone know where I can find where and how to do it? It would give me another dimension to work in. Also any intruction on how to usae it would be most helpful as well.:smile:

yep :smile: really cool stuff. Too bad I can't do much with it now. I'm in the middle of moving to a bigger and better place. But once I have set up my new workspace I'll definately give some of it a try.
