Henson Creature-Ninja Turtle project

So...uhm..technically is not a Muppet but it's based on the Henson Creature shop design for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

Cool! So is he scratch built or taken from a Henson mold?

From scratch. Is made out of foam.

That is so cool! Is it carved? Or built from sheet foam?
Also is it a mask/puppet/bust?

Wow that's really nice. The original movie costumes were just incredible and I think you've really captured the look beautifully. Are you planning to do the full costume? Are there any mechanisms for moving eyes, eye lids and mouth in that head?
