Ok, I've got a problem here. I ordered series 5 from EBgames.com a couple days ago and it got here and the figures are great! Unfortunatley, when I was playing with the Janice figure, her left arm came off. It was really weird, I just casually moving the arm around and it just.. came off :frown: Is there anything I can do? (like e-mailing EBgames.com or Palisades toys or something)

Yeah, in this case you need to return it to EBGames.com for a replacement. Their returns procedure is listed on their website.

This seems to be happening a lot... I think Janice needs to gain some weight :flirt:

You can also boil Janice's shoulder, and joint of the arm. It should then just pop back in.

The same thing happened to my Gonzo. I e-mailed eb games this week and they said I could send it back and get a replacement.

I wasn't! I was just moving it around slowly and then it came off. What a shock it was too!

Thanks for the advice guys!
