i'm new around so i'm still learning new stuff, but can anyone tell me how to get a little picture with your name, thanks

Go to User CP. Then click on "Edit Avatar" If you have a picture of your own it will work.

It cannot be animated, and it cannot be larger the 5.0 kb. The easiest way to find out that, is to right click or hover the mouse over the picture, and read what the file size is.

It says it also cannot be larger then 64x64 pixels. One thing we've found out is that if the SIZE is smaller then 5.0 kb, it's size dosn't really matter, it will just shrink it to 64x64.

My avatar's size is actually 100x101, but because the file size is under 5 kb, it uploaded it and shrunk it down.
