Help with digital stamps

Anyone know how I can make a good digital stamp with out using Photoshop?

I personally never made one, but if you are looking for a graphics program try GIMP. It is essentially a free photoshop substitute. It can save and open things as a psd format, create animations, and is good for vectoring.

when i went to look up toutruals on how to do this they always used Photoshop. And they did not know how to use gimp. Then someone told me that all i had to do was go to the create stamp icon but I did not see a stamp option just create but nothing else.

Ok, so I need to be cleared up, what program are you using?

I use GIMP as said above.

Ok, just making sure. I have no idea where that person got that there was a stamp create icon. Your best bet is downloading that stamp base (or google others if you dont like that one) and opening it in gimp and editing it. Or just make a base from scratch.

But I'm sure you figured that out
