Help w/ a skit

I remember when i was really young on the Muppet show they had a skit where puppets changed body parts in a machine and came out werid looking was i just dreaming this cause i looked @ all 15 of my Muppet show Dvd's and could not find the skit PLEASE HELP

They Were just odd characters human puppets non of the Regulars

Could it be Vendaface? Try the TMS first season episode guides; he (it?) appears in a few, and in one of them he rearranges a Whatnot's facial features.
