Help Please

hey guys,
I have a question well it's not really a question from me, but my sister who is very frustrated.
She has been using My Playstation 2 and has been playing WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth, she has managed to get to the Vendors Stall that tells you what unlockables are there and she has completed them all, there are still certain things that still seem to be inaccessible, for example the 'movies and some of the arenas.
Does anyone know why this is or give me some cheat code, so i can impress her the next time we decided to play Smackdown together
