Hey all,

I Just opened up my Statler and Waldorf, and noticed two things wrong with them. Waldorf is missing his cane, it wasnt packed in. With Statler, the left front of his chair is missing the bottom foot so it doesnt stand. Does anyone know if Palisades could replace these 2 items? If anyone has an email, Phone # or anything, please let me know! Ken even if you see this, please let me know, i'd really appreciate it.
Thanks
Mike

The first thing you should try to do is exchange them at the point of purchase. We do have a system in place for that as most manufacturers do...retailers get returns and then contact the people they bought the goods from to work out details later. Standard returns/exchanges system for most retail purchases.

If for some reason you are unable to do that, like if you bought them online and/or the seller has a no return policy or something, contact the Customer Service Specialist Tony Equi at TEqui@palisadestoys.com and he can fix what ails you.

He fixed my ailment

He sure fixed my problem with Vacation Fozzie. The head had no magnet in it. So I asked him cause by that point I had tossed the reciept... Good guy that Tony.

Good luck figuring it out dudes...

Turn her head upside down! HAA!

Actually, Fozzie has probelms with Statler and Waldorf, too; but not like your's. Normally vegetables and stuff...

BTW: The key idea to problems with figures is to not fuss about it, but take them back where you got them and EXCHANGE THEM! The stores will gladly do an exchange for those items. It's not hard to do to get a new one.

Not if its a common figure like Link or Strangepork, but when there's only one-per-case and the store only gets 1 case....:frown:

The key is also to exchange them right at the time of release. Waiting around a few months later or a couple series down the road will probably be less helpful.
