I've got a nifty pic of Rowlf w/roses, but I don't know how to convert it to an avatar? Can anyone help me? (Attempting sad, puppy-dog eyes....) Pretty please????

I always use 'paint', to make it smaller and to make it a JPEG.

If it doesn`t work, email me your emailadress and I will make it.
