The action figure is bald under the hat. Was there a time when we saw the Chef without his hat? I'm sure we have, but I don't recall.

I think we have indeed seen him without his had. One skit had him tasting something that was soo hot that his hat popped right off the top of his head and steam came out his ears.

That's the only time I can really think of off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure there were others.

There's one skit where he made coffee and when he took his hat off there was a coffeee perculator (sp?) under his hat.

Wasn't his hat off when he performed with Beaker and Animal? That was something they should have done more often!!

absolutely. When he had the percolator growing out of his head, he was bald just like the figure.
