(A Richard Hunt-voiced Fat Blue AM surfer walks by.)
Harvey Kneeslapper: (To AM surfer) Hang ten! (giggles)
AM Surfer: Say what?
Harvey Kneeslapper: I say, hang ten! (giggling very hard)
AM Surfer: Hang ten where? On my surfboard when I go surfing?
Harvey Kneeslapper: No, hang ten right there! (gives the number '10' to AM surfer and AM surfer hangs it on the clothes line, getting annoyed.)
Harvey Kneeslapper: (laughing very hard as ending music plays) I'VE MADE HIM HANG A '10' ON A CLOTHES LINE!!! (leaves while laughing hysterically)

Actually, I don't know how to make it better. I don't get "ten hangs", if it is a common figure of speech. Usually, Harvey slaps a letter or number on his victims. It seems weird for him to just give his victim a number to hang up on a wire. It's also weird that the surfer gets annoyed for having to hang a ten himself.

Sorry about what I was writing about, but I think there should be a sketch we can write about Harvey slapping a ten on the victim's chest. Any ideas?
