Rambles and spoilers.

Gred and Forge are hot. Snape comparing Remus and Sirius to an old married couple was beautiful. Were!Remus looks like something out of a Jhonen Vasquez comic. Naz-, um, dementors were creepy as crap. Marauder's map= best thing ever. Draco was sexy as usual but there wasn't enough of him. Hermione owned.

I thought it was excellent, perhaps better than the first two movies. It did had to come to this summer instead of last winter to avoid competing against Lord of the Rings which is also owned by AOL-Time Warner.

Alfonso Cuaron was most excellent in directing this installment, Gary Oldman ( who looked like Christ on " Passion of Christ") was great as Sirius Black and this was suprisingly macabre and dark for a family flick.

Perhaps the most macabre family movie since " The Dark Crystal" and "Return to Oz". Goblet of Fire will definitey rule once it hits screens next year.

We liked it, but we also felt that the pace was kind of rushed--we really felt that 5 minutes or so of exposition at the end would have answered some of the more important questions. Overall, we liked what was there, but we wanted more of it.
