I ate SO MUCH turkey today! It's been a nice weekend full of food and family. I love holiday long weekends! Happy thanksgiving to my fellow canucks, who have thanksgiving this weekend.

I don't most of us will be eating turkey until November 23rd... unless one has a simple deli-styled turkey sandwich, but I prefer the real deal for left over sandwichs!

I'm pretty sure the reason our Thanksgiving is earlier, is because we have a colder climate and harvest comes earlier. Plus we don't have pilgrim stuff. ><

We have turkey at Thanksgiving, but I've never been a fan. Thankfully (that's what the holiday's about!), we're Italian American and we also have pasta!

I don't know if the colder climate has a major part to play in that, but that's pretty much what I've heard about why Thanksgivings is in October in Canada (all the harvest minus pilgrims and junk like that).

So what are you thankful for?
