I personally think that being single stinks! There are obviously no good guys in the south anymore. They are either married, dating, or likes the same sex. Being that it is New Year's Eve it really stinks. I think the billboard around your neck is a good idea and one advantage is that the guy would be intelligent to read at the least....LOL

I'd have to agree with you. I finally got through Christmas alone but I still have to get through New Year's Eve. Being single in a new city during the holidays really sucks. What do you do? Maybe I'll just stay home and bring in the new year by watching Sesame Street and Muppet Show videos.

I'm 2 steps away from walking around town wearing a huge sandwhich board that reads "Looking for nice boy with no major emotional problems and a working knowledge of the muppets" Is that really asking too much? :smirk:
replace 'nice boy' with 'nice girl' and that would *so* be my sign, heh.
And nope, definately not asking too much:wink:

Ok- so where are all the nice guys hiding? I tend to go for the nice boys (call me crazy, but I dont like dating jerks) and it's SO hard to find a nice, normal boy who has the same interests that I do. Seriously, I'm 2 steps away from walking around town wearing a huge sandwhich board that reads "Looking for nice boy with no major emotional problems and a working knowledge of the muppets" Is that really asking too much? :smirk:
Well I should be saying where are all the nice girls hiding. It's not asking too much, buts it's sure hard to find. And seeing your pics in the other thread, I have to say you shouldn't have a problem finding a guy.

Yeah, I'm a nice guy gal too, or would be if I ever dated. I get crushes on nice guys, not bad boys. I can't imagine wanting to date a jerk.

Well, I have to say I'm living in the south, the deep south of FLA. So I wouldn't say there aren't any good guys, cause I consider myself one. I'm not married, dating, or gay.

It's nice to see there are actually nice girls on this earth, because I was beginning to think there wasn't.

I hate being single too! I didnt do anything for new years eve so it was a bit hard, hate feeling left out and hate spending what should be fun and exciting times at home but did, thats why having a girlfriend would change everything. We did let off a few fireworks which was fun but it would be so much better spending new years with a girlfriend. Maybe next new years eve will be different, with a bit of luck! Atleast we're not the only ones who are single, there are heaps in this thread.

I wish there were some girls like the girls on here around this area. There doesnt seem to be anyone nice. It seems that most girls are attacted to the bad or idiot boys who are into drugs etc. I'm not popular which contributes a great deal to the fact that I don't have a girlfriend. I guess I consider myself as a nice boy, I'm not religous but I'm not into anything bad either, thats one of the reasons I love the muppets so much, theres so much bad stuff in the world these days and its great we have some good stuff too like the muppets.

It would be so great to meet a girl who even has a mild interest in the muppets but I have more or less given up on that idea, I'll just be happy with any nice girl who accepts me for who I am.
