Happy/Sad song

Anyone here remember a cartoon from old-school ss shows that was like a vaudville number with Herman Happy and Stanley Sad that went a little like...
"I'm very, very happy...I'm very, very sad...I chuckle and I giggle..."
...and I forget the rest. Anyone here remember the words?? It ended with Happy rolling around on the floor giggling uncontrollably. I never did see this on any of the "unpaved" episodes. Anyone seen this?

I don't remember many of the words, but here's a little bit that I recall:

Herman: I'm very, very happy..

Stanley: I'm very, very sad...

Both: We're just about as different as polka dots and plaid...

Stanley: 'Cause he's so doggone happy...

Herman: And he's so gosh darn sad....

Herman: Laughs

Stanley: (monologue) How could anyone be so happy? It's the saddest thing I ever saw.
