Seems like it always befalls on me to dredge up this thread each year. Am I the only Canadaphile here?

Either way, Happy Canada Day! Or, as I like to call it, Happy Fourth of July on July 1st, Canada!

Ah Canada... That was one awesome family vacation a quarter-century ago. Has it been that long? Yep, one awesome family vacation indeed.

I still wish Canada would take back Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen and let us have Emilie-Claire Barlow instead - she's such a better singer, and with a greater range too. Very beautiful voice.


Unfortunately, most Americans don't like jazz, and she's a jazz singer, so I doubt she'd be very successful down here.
