Oh, I pop up every once and a while. I just saw the video of the muppets doing the Queen song yesterday for the first time and commented on that on here.

Birthday was average. Had the day off, got my license renewed, got a haircut, ran an easy 4 miles, and ate some seafood and birthday cake.....Probably gained about 30 pounds. Need to lay off the sugar.
