With all the buzz going on with the holiday season, it can be easy to forget that Caroll Spinney's birthday is the day after Christmas. Caroll turned 83 today.
Thank you Caroll for bringing my two favorite characters to life, I might've never been a Muppet fan had it not been for Big Bird. I would've never been an artist or a puppeteer if it hadn't been for Big Bird. You've, no doubt, made the world a better place from having been here.

One of the nicest guys out there to his fans, and such a great performer. Glad to have met him again at Chiller con this past October in NJ for the 4th or 5th time.
