Manda, I'm the exact opposite. I'm not too big on hamburgers. With the right topings they're good, but I can't stand them otherwise! I'm not too big on cow meat! Don't particularly like the taste. But, if you have a steak Bar-B-Q, I'm in! I like anything BBQed.

I had barbecued swordfish steaks at a friend's place a year or so back. We were sitting on the balcony in the warm Hong Kong air at about 1am, eating these steaks and getting heroically wasted...great fun!

Several years ago my dad made grilled shark, it was different. Kinda chewey, and did NOT taste "just like chicken"!
