What was the old Delphi forum

It was the old forum of Muppet Central before we got over to this format. It was where we held our first (as far as I know, anyway) and best ever role play game. It was also where I first met many of the folks I claim as 'net friends today (like Luke, Byron, Matt, Scott, Lori, Emmy, Jackie, Kathy, and sooooo many more).

There, at Delphi, someone else already had the screenname "Fozzie Bear," and I had to use "FOZZI3B3AR" as my screenname. Anybody remember that? In person I said, "On the boards I'm Fozzie Bear with 3's, not E's!" and was recognized. When I got to these new boards, I tried to give someone some time to reclaim their Fozzie Bear monicker, and then I finally just TOOK IT! BWA-HA HA HA HA!!!

And of course there's all the friends I've met since this forum opened which has been great fun, too.

Yeah, Happy Anniversary to EVERYBODY who came over from the Delphi Forums to this one. I think we all signed up again at about the same time!

Still, I don't think the old Delphi Forums exist anymore.

Just for the trivia buffs out there, this is actually the third forum Muppet Central has had. The site debuted in January 1998 and we were using a more primitive blue threaded forum for about two months from April-May 1998. Because we quickly needed more features, we settled in at Delphi from May 1998-April 2002 and then here from April 2002 to present.

Congratulations Kevin! (You'll always be Fozzie Bear with 3's to me!)
