For people who don't watch the show, occasionally he makes fun of some event going on and mentions that they're going to make a TV movie out of it (which of course is fake), and then comes up with a "cast list" for it. Just a few minutes ago he was talking about someone switching networks and had Guy Smiley playing Stone Phillips in the movie.

Actually, he was "portraying" Brian Williams. Either way, it was good to see Guy Smiley's face again.
I was only halfway paying attention at the moment.

Who did Guy's voice?
Nobody actually did his voice, they just show pictures. On the left half is who the actual person is (in this case Brian Williams) and then on the right is the picture of the 'actor' who would be 'playing' the person in the movie. Conan said something along the lines of 'Brian Williams will be played by Guy Smiley from the muppets.' when he mentioned it.
