Also, Saironi, I believe John Cleese stretched a certain long nosed fellow in a rather sadistic manner (i.e. Gonzo). Of course, that may be just his personal digust towards Gonzo, not the show itself. :concern:

Yeah, I would have thought that would have been obvious. I mean, if they didn't want to be on the show, they would have declined the offer. Also remember that while many of the guest stars (who are still alive) might now be considered "has beens", during the show's original run they would have been established celebrities at the peak of their careers. So obviously they didn't have do it for the paycheque.:stick_out_tongue:
