Another one that looked like they where also just having a blast being crazy with the Muppets was Spike Milagian. Which is my favorite episode of the Muppet Show.

One guest star who seemed to be bored to death was Arlo Guthrie. He just seemed like he was phoning something in, because his agent forced him to do so for publicity, it was also a very weak episode in my opinion, but even so through his numbers he seemed to be grumpy. Never mind, he did enjoy himself, or at least like the muppets.

John Cleese. Definately John Cleese.

It's amazing to hear that he was such a huge fan of the show back then and the fact that he wrote part of his episode.

To me, it's always wonderful to watch him bring such enthusiasm and energy in one of the best episodes (and one of my favorites) of the second season of The Muppet Show.:fanatic:
