Close to The Simpsons but ran in the 60s? I thought TV was WHOLESOME back in the 60s... something like The Simpsons isn't exactly what I'd call "wholesome"...

The only reason I said that is because of a few reasons.
a)They are both LONG running cartoon shows
b)They both have the "Fat man, hot wife" main characters
and c)because I said so ok?
How retro WAS this series?
