That's going to be a toughie, most Cartoon Networks I can think either ended longer ago than that, or are actually still in production.

2. It ended 4-5 years ago.
1. Its from Cartoon Network
2. Its not Powerpuff Girls
3. Its not Courage the Cowardly Dog
