Okay, so I do my job 40+ hours a week. I do it very well and to the best of my abilities.
Today, a customer comes in and yells at my boss saying, "I told Kevin 4 times to add such-n-such to my policy, and everytime I told Kevin to do it, it still isn't done. I want something done TODAY!"
So, of course, I get called in and yelled at because this customer says I didn't do what he said he told me to do 4 times.
I go pull his file and LO & BEHOLD! there is a letter in there BY ME where I've reported that he called in on such and such date to give me the item to add, and he was supposed to call me back to give me the year/make/model and never did, plus notations where 3 times I tried to call, 2 times left messages and once was told it was a disconnected number.
Still, after all this and proving them wrong, no apologies!!
GRRR!!! I'm SO Angry!!
