(5)What other muppet characters are this segment beside grover?

1) Grover brings five people (including Fat Blue and Roosevelt Franklin) in the elevator and out of the elevator, and in the elevator, and out of the elevator, and back in the elevator. During the end, as the elevator doors close, they leave the elevator while bashing through the doors!

2) The lobby of the building.

3) Good.

4) The same as the "Birthday Cookie" one.

5) A purple AM woman, an orange AM man, an orange AM girl, plus Fat Blue and Roosevelt Franklin.

At one point, when Grover gestures toward the door, his hand accidentally smacks one of the AM's (the orange one)! Grover ad-libs something like "I did not mean to hit you, sir."
