Is Green Scoff a male or a female? They never really say. All we really have to go on is this vulture-like monster's first line from "Comedy Tonight"; "Something peculiar". Maybe the puppet is female, or maybe it's just a male with a nasally feminine voice. That's what I'm leaving others to decide.

The Green Scoff is a female. Every time that she spoke, her voices were feminine.

Ok lets bring attention to the Green moster, girl or boy.
when he is not in a wig he is a male but when he is with a wig he becomes a she. to disspell belive. I tell my kids "that's his sister."
