I love Green Day. So, my friend burnt me the CD today... but I did not really like it. It might be all the heavy metal I have been listening too lately. What did you think of their CD??

Actually, Green Day released their first album (on the small Lookout! label) in 1990.

(Side note, on the back of Green Day's Dookie CD is an Ernie puppet!)

The Ernie puppet was later airbrushed out of the back cover photo. It's not on my copy of Dookie, which I bought five years ago.

I like a lot of Green Days old songs. But some of their new songs are good too. Problem is the radio station plays their songs over and over 5 or more times a day.

I adore Green Day. I love American Idiot, and in my unexpert opinion it's their best album.
