Let's see, I think Yzma is hilarious! She's always trying to ruin Kuzco's life, but in the end SHE is the one who gets screwed! I like the episode with the robot thingys.

The joker is definitely one of my favorites, and so is Mandark from Dexter's Laboratory! Would Dee-Dee (Dexter's sister) count as a villain?

How about Vegeta from Dragonball Z?
