This is the first one I've had surprisingly
I have had a ball dropped on my foot, one time I threw thew ball backwards, one time I tripped over the ball return, one time my fingers got stuck when I accisentally used a little kid ball, one time I threw the ball into the next lane over, I got a gutter ball WITH bumpers:embarrassed: My finger got stuck in the ball return trying to get my ball that was stuck in the ball return, I sprained my wrist somehow, yes, my adventures in bowling...:embarrassed:

Wow. This sounds like the sort of things I can imagine happening to Inspector Clouseau fron the classic Pink Panther movies in a scene where he was working undercover in disguise at a bowling alley. But these were real accidents that happened to you Sgt Floyd.

Course the difference is that you probably had these accidents at different times you went bowling over a long period of time whereas in a Panther movie this misfortune would have all befallen poor Clouseau one immediately after another.:sympathy:

Ooh! Ouchy Kathy! I got hit with a baseball from my own bat once in high school, so I know all about being clumsy! Anyway, hope your injury gets better soon! (P.S. Sorry I haven't been on AOL much lately, I've been in the process of moving and don't always have access to my account)

Yikes Beth! Now that must've hurt! My finger doesn't hurt as much as yesterday but it still hurts somewhat.
Don't worry about not being on AOL lately.I understand you've been busy.

I fell off a pool table and broke my arm when I was 4. Don't let anyone tell you that single sports are non-contact. I have proof

as for bowling, my best friend is a big time competitive bowler and she blackend both of her eyes by falling on the lane... face first... twice... but she is highly accident prone

she broke her leg and foot in 14 places... on a push scooter... when she was 17 lol

and those are just two of many incidents... not accident story surprises me anymore

(oh and she's a professional chef... so yeah just imagine her stories lol)

Well, if you *were* named Grace, here's what I would say:

"Oh, honey, don't think of it as champagne, think of it as mama's little cotton candy".
