My reasons
Okay as you all know I've never been a huge fan of Disney and now I feel I must divulge my reasons though it has nothing to do with Mr Eisner.
Disney acted disgracefully after Jim died, maybe it was lawyers mabye not. Lawyers don't act without the permission of executives?
The way they tried to bamboozle Jim's family into signing away the money spinning SS characters whilst using the Muppets in their theme parks displaying to the world thatthey 'owned' the Muppets.
'Handshake agreements' are all well and good but they do need some kind of binding thing.
Diz behaved astoundingly badly and thus forfeited the right to have the Muppets.
