In the old days, May 25 used to be the second greatest day ever because it meant school was out for the summer, assuming it fell on a Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday (I say second greatest because the greatest day ever was the night of December 2, 2007 when Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood came to Knoxville)!

These days, May 25 is still a great day because it just so happens to be the birthday of one the best friends I ever had: my colleague, my ex boss at the 3976th 1/2, my partner-in-crime, my keeper-upper of all things Canadian, the Lucy to my Ethel, the Bert to my Ernie (I THINK I'm the Ernier one, but that's only because you're too modest about your own sense of humor), the Jerry Seinfeld to my George Costanza, etc.

Of course, she's not only my friend, she's just about everybody's friend here, why? Because everybody loves MrsPepper (that'd make a better show than Everybody Loves Raymond! )

So let's all wish our friend MrsPepper a very happy birthday!
